   We celebrated Valentine's Day at 1 Kitchen, which provided the perfect setting. Our server, Molly, was attentive and recommended the excellent Chatel Farms Tenderloin for two, along with calamari. The meal was more than enough and contributed to a truly memorable experience.

   The food was absolutely incredible, but the portions were extremely disappointing for the price I paid. We ordered the sirloin for two off of the valentines menu and what came out would not have been enough to feed a child. Luckily the manager took half off of the cost of the sirloin. Our server was good but seemed very annoyed when we brought up our problem with the portions. We did so very kindly and respectful and did not ask for anything in return- we only wanted to bring awareness to the potential issue. Overall the food and ambience were good enough to make me want to return, but only if I am planning on a light meal.

   The One Hotel has the coolest vibe inside—very green and earthy yet modern and sleek. The food was pretty good, however my pasta had no garnish or side of bread or anything to make it stand out visually—but the taste was delicious!

   This was the blandest food I’ve ever had. I was also improperly charged an additional $30 for the most subpar dinner around town.

   We ate at 1 Kitchen on Christmas day. My daughter had the pot roast and she really liked it. My son had the chicken and it was excellent, probably the best meal we had. We all tried it and agreed. Me and my wife had the scallops and they were over cooked, as well as the pork rinds. We had the hush puppies for an appetizer and they were also excellent, moist and flavorful. The desserts were also great. I had the llemon pistachio cake and really enjoyed it. My wife and daughter had chocolate cake and my son had orange molasses cake. All very good. The service was timely and the server was great.

   Had a reservation but still waited about 20 to 25 minutes. Service was good but server needed to stop by a bit more often!

   Great thanksgiving day service. Quality. Will be going back. My kid forgot his toy at the table, they called me personally and ran it out. Great place.

    I had an extremely frustrating experience at this restaurant. The service was downright terrible. I waited 40 minutes for a coffee that the server kept forgetting about. When it finally arrived, it was burnt and completely not as ordered. To make matters worse, I specifically asked for my omelette without cheese due to a dairy allergy, yet it came with cheese anyway. You’d think she’d be more detail-oriented at this point, but I also had to wait at least another 10 minutes just to get some ketchup. While it was a sweet gesture that they brought a birthday dessert, it contained dairy, so I couldn’t even eat it. Overall, a highly disappointing visit with poor service, and I won’t be coming back.
