Rooftop bar serving craft cocktails and seasonal cuisine 15 floors above downtown in the AC Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk. Take in views of the San Antonio River Walk, Main Plaza and San Fernando Cathedral.
Our food menu at 1 Watson includes Texas-inspired items such as smoked brisket tacos as well as three varieties of tostadas. Enjoy craft cocktails, beers and wines from select Texas vineyards and beyond. Our libations menu features cocktails made from Texas-made bourbon, vodka and gin.

We have Reservations available for a percentage of our restaurant and the rest of the tables will be on a first come first serve basis. For all reservations, a two-hour time limit will be enforced. We will only hold your table for 20 minutes after your reservation time. Thank you for join us at 1 Watson!

    Very loud and service was not very good. It took 20 minutes before a server came to take our order and 32 minutes before our drinks came. We decided not to eat because it was so slow. On the plus side, the views are pretty awesome!

    Loved the Thanksgiving brunch experience. Delicious food, attentionate service, beautiful ambiance and décor. Definitely recommend and would return!

    Good bar which serves food too. Good salads chicken and tacos. Cocktails were tasty and nice. Outside terrace was beautiful and inside is nice too. Very upscale

    Food is terrible. 1/5 if I had to rate. Queso tastes like it came from a jar, brisket tacos were dry, mahi tacos were a little better than brisket. Slow service. View of the city is great! I would recommend Tenfold rooftop (we stayed at the Kimpton) highly if looking for a nicer experience

    My wife and I came to 1 Watson for her birthday dinner and were pleasantly surprised on how beautiful the event space was. The staff was so friendly and accommodating for us. We loved every second of being there and enjoyed the scenery, our food and our drinks. It was a wonderful date night that I would recommend to others.

    Really wanted to enjoy it. This place has a lot of potential. The vibe is nice, music is great, but the service and food is sooo so bad. Waiter didn’t remember we ordered food, then when we finally did get our food it was cold. Like refrigerator cold. We were a party of 2 it shouldn’t have been so bad. When time came to pay we had to get up and walk around to find someone to help us because our server just completely disappeared. Probably won’t be going back, there’s much better.
