   Highly recommended!! We came to 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar multiple times for their buffet. But this was our first time having to order off of their lunch menu. Started with clam chowder soup, lunch & ended with dessert everything was perfect & delicious!! Our server was on point with seeing how we we're doing randomly, taking our completed dishes off the table & continuously refilling our water. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! Oh & when she brought our tab she also gave us cute bagged Miso Sesame Brown Butter Cookies.That was totally not expected! Mahalo Nui Loa!

   Our reservation was for 12:30 pm for Valentines lunch. Our service was non-existent the moment we sat down. A family of three ordered, ate, and paid their bill, and a couple who was seated after us ordered before we did. We had to ask their waiter to assist us, and after informing us that he wasn't our server, he took our order. We ordered two cups of clam chowder, my wife ordered the cheese burger medium well, and I ordered the crab and lobster roll. We also ordered drinks, my wife a plantation iceed tea and I an Old Fashion with rye whiskey. The chowder and drinks came quickly and were delicious. When the entrees came, my wife's burger was so undercooked that it was more on the rare side. We asked the bus boy to have the kitchen recook her burger. We had to ask the bus boy since the waiter who took our order and all other wait staff didn't seem to want to serve us. We waited for 15 minutes before calling over the manager and explained our situation. We asked her to cancel my wife's burger and to bring our bill. She graciously removed the two entrees and comped our chowder. She also offered us free cookies. We paid for our drinks and left with no appetite and a depressing Valentines experience.

   We ordered several small plates. The food was delicious with unique flavor profiles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

   Food was good for a value price buffet. Really ate too much. Our server was Grace and she was amazing like she had a third eye. Our table was always cleared whenever we go up to the line and she made sure our drinks were filled.

   The service was great and the salmon entree was also outstanding. I wasn’t as impressed with the oxtail since it was a little tough and pricey for what it delivered. If I could give half stars, the rating would be 3.5.

   The experience started from the moment I valeted my car. The valets are so professional and polite. When we sat down to dinner, the food was excellent; prime rib outstanding, salads outstanding, sushi hand rolls outstanding. Noise level is a little loud due to nature of the environment-they want to keep it very casual and not stuffy like it used to be. It’s kind of like a a sports bar only a little more upscale. Today’s prices are an example of what it takes to put on a buffet like this so don’t be put off by the price. It’s worth it.

   Food is always good, but this evening the food was exceptional and everything was delicious. Our guests enjoyed the food, service and overall ambiance. We were also surprised with a Lunar New Year Lion Dance which made the evening complete.

    Really nice and attentive waiter. Views out onto the harbor can be good too if you get a table by the window. Unfortunately, the food for the breakfast buffet was fairly subpar.
