There were only 2 other couples dining at the same time as us so it was quiet. The food was really good - I can highly recommend the duck rice as well as the lemon meringue pie. This was the most expensive meal we had on our weekend in Lisbon. It was still good value but not significantly better than other places that were a bit cheaper. I'd still recommend it though. It's up a steep, narrow, cobbled street.

A lovely family-run restaurant. The duck rice was delicious and the cute server paired it with the perfect red wine based on my preferences. Super friendly, super cozy and old world Portuguese charm. Did I mention the server was cute?

A very charming looking place, very high up on the street top. like eating in a very old stone cave like feel. Dim lightening. We had the typical cheese and sausage to start, enough to share. my husband had the grilled octopus. I had the traditional Portuguese stew that was very tender and good. Again, was plenty to share. We had the drunken pear for dessert that was delicious. with a bottle of nice Portuguese white wine. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Except and leisurely dinner.

Loved it. A real find- really had to look for it but worth it- even if you have to climb a lot of stairs- which we did!
