Executive Chef Robert Cornett spearheads '19'; a brand-new upscale dining concept in Wickenburg, AZ, located at Rancho de los Caballeros Resort. 19 showcases amazing, farm-fresh cuisine, fun and refreshing cocktails, an incredible view, and a 2,000 bottle wine cellar.

Enjoy an a la carte dinner, or indulge in our ever-changing five-course tasting menus. We can't wait to see you soon!

Dress Code: Men should wear a long sleeve collared shirt; a vest or sport coat is recommended. Full length trousers are required (well-kept denim in a dark shade is allowed). Women should wear a blouse, seater or jacket, slacks (well-kept denim is OK), pantsuit, skirt or dress.

Our dining room cannot accommodate groups larger than 8 guests. For parties larger than 8, please call (928) 684-5484 to book a private dining room.

We had guests in town, a party of 8 for dinner and everything was fabulous including our Server Timmy. This will be a regular dining spot for us!!!

A 5 star dining experience! I don’t drink and bar had interesting mocktails. My wife had tasting menu and raved about it. I had lobster bisque and filet mignon. Perfectly cooked and visually presented. Service was excellent. Room attractively decorated. We highly recommend 19!

With the dining room nearly empty they seated us at the back, far away from the lovely view that had many empty tables nearby
