Food was very good. Service was outstanding. Only complaint was the temperature inside. It was very cold. Had to eat with my jacket on but we were close to the front door and the outside patio.

Celebrated Galentine’s Day with some friends. Good food and environment. We had the Parpadelle, Lasagna, Farro Salad, and Chicken Salad. Very delicious!

We’ve been to 264 many times and always excellent food and excellent service. Last night’s (2/8) was totally different. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and my wife ordered a burger. I kid you not, 2 minutes after taking our order, a runner brought a pepperoni pizza that had seen better days. Whatever. I know they are a brick oven and pizzas are fast, but this was not made to order. Fast forward approx 25 minutes later and my wife’s burger had not yet come out (pizza in two minutes, no burger 25 minutes after that). We ended up cancelling the burger and throwing the rest of the pizza away. This was a disappointing way to spend our 20th anniversary. Whatever. I wanna make clear that our server, Kylie, was a sweetheart and did her best. The kitchen was a different story tho.

Very slow service and pasta dishes were warm nit hot. Usually like this place but they were off their game tonight. Lots of great Italian choi es in Cbad so they better pick it up!
