   Cocktails were less than average. Old fashioned did not come with cherries or an orange peel while our espresso martini was served in a lowball with what we believe was only espresso. The board and the main pasta courses were good! Service was average at best. Not sure we would return.

   Made reservation for evening on heated patio 12/13 it was raining out. However the patio is heated. Several tables left under heater BUT took us clear to side row of tables not with any heat during a cold evening. We left as they did not offer any other tables to us. No form of accommodation or acknowledgement. This was our 3rd time to give this restaurant another try. Every time major problems and manager asking us to come back. Done with chances.

   Over cooked chicken, waitress had no clue about many things. Then we were told that they were closing down in 2 weeks so maybe that is why it was so disappointing.

   It’s been a year since I dined here and thought I would give it another chance. The ambience is nice and inviting with the nice tables and booths, lighting. No one was at the host stand to greet us when we arrived. The server seemed a little frazzled and I mentioned we had a reservation under open table. The restaurant was out of chai for chai tea latte. We ordered off the brunch menu and the cronuts were very raw and dough tasting in the middle. The bread was too hard and cut too thick on the egg panini (it said fried egg but it was runny) the server didn’t ask how we liked the egg cooked, so I just assumed it would be fried as mentioned in the description. The hashbrowns had no flavor - toasted on the outside , but mushy on the inside. We ordered 2 different menu items from the brunch menu, but they looked exactly the same.

   Food was incredible and it was such a beautiful atmosphere. The staff was so kind and on top of everything. We mentioned toward the end that it was our sister’s birthday and they comped our dessert! So sweet. If we’re ever in McKinney again we will for sure be coming back to 400 Gradi.

   It’s one of my favorite new restaurants! It was a pretty quiet Tuesday lunch, but it picked up for a happy hour! I've been trying different kinds of pasta, and so far, all of them are excellent. Be sure to get the limoncello martini or two!

   First time there! The atmosphere is relaxing and the drinks were good which was recommended by the waiter. We weren’t to hungry so we ordered a pizza to share it was made pretty quickly which made me question how the quality would be and I Was not really impressed by it at all the taste was bland , not warm and the sauce which is the key to every pizza was super watery, I have been to other Italian restaurants and never had a pizza with sauce that watery, the dessert we ordered was tiramisu with their “twist” to it, (which consisted of chocolate tart + scoop of ice cream on top) was not really impressed by it at all ; some desserts should be left to be traditional as they are meant to be. Overall a very sub par experience for our first time there will probably not be going back!

    Worst Italian food. The pizza are ok, the main plates are terrible. The restaurant is beautiful inside. If you are planning to go only order pizza, however you can find better pizzas in other places. The didn’t have half of the menu and my experience with the pasta and the veal was very poor, ending with stomach ache at 3am. Also the cocktails extremely sweet. I have to highlight that the server was great, he was embarrassed for the situation. He did everything he could to make things better. Also the restaurant is beautiful.
