   Service was excellent, we did not feel rushed which is my favorite quality at a restaurant. Food was excellent as always.

   Absolutely amazing!! I am not used to higher end restaurants but felt very comfortable and content the whole time! The food had me drooling the whole time. And the drinks!? Will be coming back 🙌🏻

   The first time we came here, everything was great. Server to food to ambiance. But this time was almost the exact opposite. Everything was just off. My Riesling wine, tasted way too dry to be a Riesling. My husband said his steak was not dry aged. We weren’t offered the salt trio. My filet was burned on the outside but super chewy in the middle (steak should not be crunchy - just not a good cut of meat) The “vegetable risotto” is all mushroom (should change the name to Mushroom Risotto). The guy who brought our sides almost dumped the corn in my lap because it was so hot. This was also our second time here to celebrate birthdays and only got a Happy Birthday stamp on the menu while the tables around us (different servers) got a chef sampler, different special options and the other server told the girl beside us “Make sure you save room for dessert, it’s on us. Happy birthday”. I’m not looking for free food but your servers should be on the same page. Make sure you have plenty of time when dining here. There’s so much extra time between each ‘course’ - we were there for almost three hours and didn’t even get dessert. This place is trying WAY TOO HARD to be something it just isn’t.

   The food was absolutely delicious and delectable. Our server was helpful and knowledgeable which made for a great experience. We were seated directly beside a lighted Christmas tree which we loved. Everything about it was lovely.

    Joseph truly gave the full experience at 401 Prime. He went through drinks, apps, entrees, and desserts with such detail you will want to order everything off of the menu. He has a great sense of humor but doesn’t go over the top with it. He had great recommendations and was able to explain ingredients like he was the one who prepared the dishes. The host and hostess were great. We had a reservation and were sat promptly.
