   Glad we had made reservations. As usual, our table was ready and our request for outside was honored. Their salads and main dishes are always special and tasty. Butternut squash soup was outstanding as usul.

   Our two entrees, the Jumbo Prawn and Basil Farrotto and Braised Short Rib with Sweet Potato Puree were beautifully plated and tasted as good as they looked with the exception of the Sweet Potato which was pureed to the consistency of baby food. The taste was fine but the puree was almost liquid and we found the texture unappealing. Our server Lily was delightful and the sangria flavors were complex and not overly sweetened.

   This restaurant is nestled into the Sherman Gardens property. You have to pay garden admission to dine. The gardens are beautiful and blooming and 30 min is sufficient to walk about and explore the various zones. The salad portions are super generous. We split the Harvest salad and really enjoyed it. The biscuits were next level and we understand the hype, it’s legit! The short rib was one of the best we’ve had at a restaurant but we split this too and the portion of meat was tiny. We wished we had more. Lovely afternoon. Have the biscuits!

   A lovely lunch enjoyed by 4 of us. The service was great and he was very helpful. The meal was great so fresh and healthy since I am vegan.

   Valentines dinner was exceptionally great! Dinner was delicious, entrees of Seabass & Short ribs both with fresh veggies. Buttermilk, chive biscuits. Soup or salad.. Dessert was cheesecake or chocolate cake with fresh berries. Service was impressive! Decoration’s were roses, candles, balloons and a harp musician made it very romantic 💕

   What make me coming back over and over is the Consistency of delicious and picture like dishes combined with great Service and wonderful surroundings! I bring friends to share with them my experience and it’s sad when you realize that lunch should be like that every day - everywhere… It is almost like an exscape in a different world 🙂
