Overall this was a really interesting and positive experience. Staff are attentive and friendly. Decor is interesting. The tasting menu is thought-provoking and there are some excellent courses. The fish course with Exmoor caviar and cheese course are top-drawer. The one negative for me was the drinks. The 125ml glass of laurent-perrier was half filled and definitely no where near 125ml and the same with the sparkling sake which I think was supposed to 300mk and again was no where near.

The staff were welcoming knowledgeable and gave good service. The food was of a high standard and deserves a Michelin star. The wine pairing had good interesting choices of wine but was over priced. It had the feel of the wilderness in its early days before it moved to the Jewellery quarter.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly exceptional dining experience that exemplifies the pinnacle of fine cuisine. The interior design, characterized by a striking all-black aesthetic, is both modern and sophisticated, creating an atmosphere that perfectly aligns with contemporary tastes. The carefully curated pottery plates, bowls, and cutlery are thoughtfully designed, adding an artisanal touch that enhances the overall dining experience. The culinary offerings are nothing short of extraordinary. The restaurant presents a series of experimental dishes that showcase an innovative fusion of diverse cultural influences. Despite their global inspirations, the dishes predominantly feature locally sourced ingredients from Birmingham, highlighting a commitment to sustainability while maintaining an unwavering focus on creativity and flavor. Each plate is a testament to the artistry of the kitchen, with flavors that are as delectable as they are inventive. Equally impressive is the level of service. The staff are not only attentive but also exceptionally knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the nuances of each dish with precision and care. Their professionalism ensures that the entire dining experience is both informative and enjoyable. This establishment delivers a Michelin star-worthy fine dining experience, blending impeccable food, service, and ambiance into an unforgettable evening. Highly recommended for those seeking a refined, innovative, and unforgettable culinary journey.

Not my first visit to 670 Grams. The food is really well-executed and reflects the personality of the chef. Flavours from all over the world with a brummie twang. Decor is suitably unpretentious and service is warm and friendly.
