   We celebrated our anniversary with Tanner on Wednesday night. Tanner did a phenomenal job. The ribeye and lobster were amazing. The sear on the Chilean sea bass was unmatched. The side with the bass was cold, however. There was a decent bit of "server station" noise and "server discussions" we could hear from our private booth. Which, was a very pleasant surprise. I don't think we've experienced that before. Ultimately, we will be back. Always.

   We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to try 6S. It was wonderful! Excellent service, delicious food and loved the atmosphere! The team made us feel so special and made our experience wonderful! Highly recommend and will DEFINITELY be back!

   I have enjoyed the happy hour at 6S many times before, and for the most part they are good. For an establishment that projects itself to be a premium steak house, I was sorely disappointed. I ordered medium rare prime rib, - I received the end cut that was well done, and dry. It was returned, and I received a cut that was 'medium' - pink and warm in the center. The cut was not tender. I get the impression that it was heated up from an earlier cook. I ordered a 'loaded' baked potato. The baked potato was 'old' - it had a taste as though it had been cooked a day or so before - then heated up. It was a larger potato, with about a tablespoon of sour cream and little or no butter. there were a few bacon bits. My 1/2 wedge salad was very good, my daughter's filet (she said) was good as well. Another diner in our party had the strip steak and she said it was good, but nothing to write home about. The prices dictate that everything they serve should be 'something to write home about.' Nothing they served was.
