   Poor service. Waited 50 minutes for a half a rack of ribs. Manager and server told us at various times the ribs take a while. 50 minutes? Never at a BBQ restaurant have I heard this. Do not have ribs on the menu if you cannot serve timely. Bigger problem is that other tables came in, served and left while we awaited our food, but the manager never offered us a drink or desert like any other restaurant would do in this circumstance. Topping this off, when we received the bill, there was a "Kitchen Service Fee" charge on it. 50 minutes for ribs and a fee for waiting? My Fellow Aulani guests, you are much better off at Monkeypod.

   Awesome happy hour. The pizza is awesome! Great for kids and adults for an early dinner or late lunch. Good local beer on tap and solid maitai!

   Service was really good, food was just ok. They had live music which was nice, but we were seated near the singer and it was WAY too loud. We couldn't even hear each other talk.

   We would choose this restaurant over Monkeypod, which we ate at 2 night prior. Service was far superior, food was better.
