   We went for the invited event on 02/01/2025 and it was a GREAT experience from start to finish. The hostess's are always very friendly and it is a big PLUS to see MELISSA each time that we have visited which is at lease once a month. The waitstaff is always amazing, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The portion sizes were just right for my husband and I to share and we really enjoyed all the items. The sauces that came with them were so good. We took what we didn't finish to go and enjoyed it at home as well. Now, let's talk about the Fortune Cookie. OMG it had me on their website, Fantastic Fortunes checking out the prices because they were that good. They were so fresh and delicious. Thanks again for a GREAT experience from start to finish.

   Was excited to try this restaurant, the aesthetics are beautiful. They did a really good job as we waited all summer for this to open. As far as the food choices are very limited. The crab Rangoon come as five, they appear to be baked, the chop salad was dry, had to ask for more dressing but the shrimp of the shrimp were nice size ( medium). The "Saugus" chicken wings were flavorful on the outside but the inside were bland. The mai tai was extremely strong and the margarita Mocktail was decent. The server was decent, she had to go ask many questions, but at least she clarified everything for us. She did check on us several times. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back because of the limited choices and somewhat overpriced. I'm a foodie, I love to travel and eat around the world, this was not what I was waiting for.

   Restaurant was clean with a calm presence. We waited 15-20 minutes with no attention and had to get up to inquire if a server knew we were seated. The server was nice, friendly, but slow. Restaurant was not busy. The menu was extremely limited. We ordered three dishes; all three were bland and had little to no flavor, even the dish that was described as "fiery." Sadly, we could not eat this food. The manager came to the table and offered a discount! All the food was still sitting on the table, we had only taken a few bites. I said it should be comped since we couldn't eat it, but we would pay for the wine since we consumed that and an agreement was made. I so dislike writing this type of review, as we've waited all summer for this restaurant to open and looked forward to being repeat customers, such is not the case and we are terribly disappointed.

   Egg rolls excellent but came out with main course. Should have come out first. Beef and broccoli had so much garlic we didn't eat it. It was only luke warm. General Gua's chicken tasted excellent! Presentation was very nice. Nice and hot! A plus. Server seemed overworked and was not seen again until meal was over - not even for drink refill. She did however adjust bill accordingly when she saw that etree was hardly touched. Ambiance was very nice. Will go back again to give it another try. Will strive to give it a higher rating next time.

   The atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff was very good. I thought that the pricing on the menu was geared more toward a couple having a special date night. The overall experience was good though.

    If you have experienced Kowloon in Saugus you will love it here. The food is similar but better because it is cooked to order and presentation is perfect! Staff was friendly. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been if they acknowledged my occasion since open table asked and I did say we were there for a birthday celebration.
