   Great service! We sat outside on the ledge and it was perfect. Beautiful views. The brunch menu had a little bit of everything. Finding the entrance was a little difficult, but once there the host had us create a reservation on open table and sign the waiver to be on the rooftop. Then we took a group ride up in an elevator. At the top is a fun mini carnival and a few different food options if you aren't into the Nine Mile menu. Once inside, staff was very friendly, the place was clean and beautiful and the food delicious.

   I had an amazing dinner with my boyfriend. We were sat right beside the fence which provided a beautiful background for a perfect birthday dinner. Our meals were delicious and the vibes were just right. Also, the brussels sprouts were the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back with friends!

   I downgraded the OVERALL rating because of the effort it takes to access the venue. Unless you’re familiar with the process and plan accordingly, it is frustrating to figure out and doesn’t set the stage for an enjoyable experience. There is a multi-step check-in process that isn’t explained or posted anywhere that can take some time. This is exacerbated by the line that accumulates while one person does all the check-in verification and assigns wrist bands.

   Beautiful view of the city. A bit of a hassle to sign waivers prior to taking the elevator up so give yourself some extra time for checking in prior to your reservation. Brunch menu only on Sunday until 4 pm. Seemed a bit late for brunch but food was good

   9 Mile was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t decide between the chimichurri steak or the steak sandwich for lunch. The server was so accommodating that he got me a side of chmimchurri sauce to put on my sandwich and it was incredible. Perfectly cooked. And amazing and unique alcoholic brunch beverages.

   The view was amazing. You could see the whole city from up there. The food and the service were unmatched. Drinks were excellent. I will definitely go back.

    Overall the experience was not worth the price. We were there for 3 hours because of the backed up kitchen and once we finally got our food all of it was cold. Super disappointing and the staff wasn’t very interested in helping.
