    La oportunidad de un cambio en tu menú si pasas varios días en Madrid . Recomiendo: -Carpaccio de Hamachi pez limón -Tempura de langostino -Rollo templado de anguila crujiente -Soft shell crab -Carpaccio waygu -Arroz crujiente con chicharrón de waygu Realmente muy buena opción y gran calidad de los ingredientes .

    Pedi un sushi y justo pregunté antes sobre que tenía por encima y me comentó dos ingredientes huevo y alga, nunca me dijo que tenía sesame, lo tuve que regresar porque soy alérgica. Así que me quedé con las ganas de probar el soft shell. Lo cambié por otro de langostino que se me hizo que lo puedes encontrar en cualquier lugar. Pedimos un nigiri con panceta y huevo de codorniz bastante bueno. Y el sushi que pidió mi amiga también. Creo q es un lugar para probar combinaciones que no hay en otros lados para que valga la pena.
