   Carlos and his assistant (wife) provided excellent service. The beet salad is a must, and the shrimp tostadas were excellent too. Overall, good food and even better service!.

   This is a DO NOT MISS restaurant if you are in Puerto Vallarta. The place is warm and friendly. Chef Fabiola's creations are extraordinary in every respect. Flavors are unique and delicious and each plate looks like a work of art. We have returned twice in the last two weeks and will certainly be back again on this trip. The level of food is superior to that of the fine dining establishments in Puerto Vallarta for a lot less money. If you haven't yet tried it, you absolutely must!!! If we could have rated 7 stars, we would have. Cannot say enough good things.

   The service (Carlos) was excellent as was the food. Chef came out and greeted and thanked each table to give that personal touch. We will be dining here any time we come to PV!

   This is one of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. The cuisine is gourmet Mexican. Everything is beautifully presented, unique and very delicious. This is a must try! Do not miss this place!

   Before I talk about this wonderful restaurant I want to mention make to sure you’re at the correct Hamburgo 146a before the cab leaves. We went to a place with the same address ( about a ten minute walk from the restaurant, that was somebody’s home) Very creative Mexican cuisine particularly loved the tamales topped with oxtail meat in a rich sauce. Crab cake in chile guajillo also noteworthy. Both of the entrees were yummy although a bit over-sauced for my liking. Fresh dorado in a creamy sauce and a combination of tongue and sweetbreads in a chile based sauce. A couple of amuse bouchées were brought before we even ordered. Some nice local wines. Our server Carlos was excellent. Highly recommended!

   A great spot with fantastic food. Worth the trip to the Versalles area. We had the Tuna Tostada as a starter and it was delicious, followed by the Octopus and the Beef Short Ribs both excellent. The flavours and sauces were exceptional.

    Don’t walk—run to this incredible spot in PV! Every dish was not only beautiful but also bursting with flavor, with thoughtful options for vegan, vegetarian, seafood, and meat lovers alike. The Tuna Tostada, Brie, Oxtail Tamales, Mole, and Cauliflower, Steak were standouts, each one more delicious than the last. The wine selection was excellent, and the chocolate and vanilla ice cream? Absolutely a must-try—don’t miss it. The service was warm, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the vibe, with great music, made the experience even better. I can’t recommend this place enough!
