   We have dined at this restaurant previously with no issues. We made reservations for 7:45pm Christmas Eve dinner about 2 days prior. We arrived on time, we were seated within a few minutes of arriving. I wouldn’t say the restaurant was busy, but there were several large parties in the room with us (to be expected on Christmas Eve). The waiter took our drink order after about 10 min. Drinks took about 30 minutes to reach us, not all drinks arrived. We ordered food, and the wait began. Waiter did not come back to refill any drinks. At 9pm, the other tables (who had arrived before us) began to complain they had been waiting for HOURS for food that had not arrived yet. When our wait time hit 1.5 hours, I questioned the manager, to which he said “your food will be out in 2 minutes”. Which it was not. After 2 hours and almost 10pm, we requested to pay for the drinks and leave, as we never received food…2 hours at the table, no food. Manager says “your food will be ready in 5 minutes”. No sir, you will not lie to my face a second time. Tables before us STILL waiting for food. At this point, we insist on the check. Hunger has come and gone, it’s nearing 10pm, we’ve now lost the ability to go anywhere else. 25 minutes later, still waiting for the check. Our party finally got up and waited in the ‘lobby area’, only at this point did the staff begin to tally up our bill. I will say, one of the wait staff was very apologetic and tried to make things right, I cannot say this for the manager. Here’s a tip: don’t lie to your patrons. They know when you’re lying. If you’re backed up, level with them. Give people a chance to make a decision to stay or go somewhere else. I can assure you, ever person in the dining room was angry, some tables had young children still waiting on food at 10pm! I can’t see the negative reviews being worth it.

   I booked my reservation a month in advance for Christmas Eve. My reservation was for 7pm in the closed patio dining area. When I arrived the place was very crowded and extremely unorganized. They seated us in the bar area . We waited over 1/2 hour for water and bread . When we finally got water it was HOT. Never received our bread. Our waiter was also the bartender. This explains why we were ignored. I went over to the owner and asked him if we can please have some service. He replied you didn’t get served yet . I told him my waiter is the bartender! We then placed our order , we decided to just order pizza . Didn’t want to wait another 2 hours for dinner . It was so loud inside because again it’s the bar . I could have walk in any place to sit at a bar ! Then I saw the manager. I showed him my reservation and said , this is not the patio right ? He replied no it’s not . I told him it was very upsetting that it’s Christmas Eve and you should not over book yourself . It sets you up for failure. Which it definitely did unfortunately. I loved this place when it was Barts . I hope they learn for next year . Only take what you can handle.

   Had a 6:30pm reservation. Got seated around 7:15. Entrees did not come until 9:30pm. Food was very tasty. The timing of the food coming out of the kitchen was atrocious. Would not recommend ordering the family style meal with people not ordering it. Kitchen couldn’t cope with the volume. This was for Christmas Eve and it was supposed to be a family dinner for a special occasion and it was really poorly handled.

   Went with friends for Xmas eve dinner and had an awesome time! We all loved the food and ambiance, everything was outstanding! Will be back again!

   Lovely dining room in the historic church. So pretty. Food was very good. Portions are small, though.

   The food is way overpriced for the quality. One of the dishes came out cold. The ambience is cute, but it’s way too frigid. They should provide space heaters in the winter time even inside.

   Everything about the experience was perfection . The music playing made you want to get up and dance. The staff were collaborating so we were served everything in minutes. The pork hop was top of the line and finally the drinks were delicious !!!

    Last time we were there aas for dinner and loved it loved it!!! That’s why wanted to give a try for their lunch menu w my sister, it was only us, may be that’s why we were so left alone! The ambiance, the food in this place is awesome, they only should pay more attention to service at certain times!
