    It’s time to get your thinking caps on for Weekly Trivia Thursday from 8-10 PM! Got a brain full of random facts? Well, now’s your chance to show off—or at least try to impress your friends. Each week, we’re testing your knowledge on everything from science to geography to pop culture (and maybe even a few things you’ll Google later). Your hosts for the evening are our trivia masters, Jeff and Miranda—because who better to quiz you than people who actually know the answers? Prizes for the winning team (because bragging rights aren’t enough), and a full menu to keep you fed while you rack your brain. A $5 minimum purchase is required to play, and reservations are strongly recommended—just visit our website and click on the Waterloo tab.

    Amazing food but if you reserve don’t expect to get a proper table. Unfortunately we were seated by the cold garage door and had to wait a while for our table to be ready. But food wise and ambience was good

    We waited over an hour for our meal and watched tables seated after us receive theirs. Very poor communication from our server who seemed to be avoiding our table. She told us that the kitchen messed up and did not have our order in their cue. They were rushing our order but for a salad and a sandwich it took very long. Dessert was sent home with us on the house. It was a cold and hard brownie, which we also waited long for. No manager came to talk to us about this disappointing experience.

    I had the Birria Tacos paired with the Malt Maverick. The tacos were okay; good texture & presentation, but tasted slightly bland and under-seasoned (I would recommend adding more cheese, spices, and serving with a hot sauce bottle). Service, ambience and value for money were all excellent with no issues. Overall, I had a great time and would love to stop by again and try another dish.
