Acqua is reopen for table service after Covid. However, new “required” processes including table service restrictions caused service levels to drop quite a bit. So prices were up and service was down leading to less value. As always, the people are super.

We had just closed on a remodel deal for our house and felt the need to celebrate. We love Aqua. The food is always excellent and the service beyond expectations. Thank you for a very special delicious evening. And thanks to Patty. She was charming. (I almost forgot to mention that my husband needed a heart healthy meal and Patty saw to it even noticing that the potatoes should be changed from mashed to roasted. We’ve noticed, since he has had this heart condition, that restaurants are usually reluctant to accommodate.) So, thank you.

Excellent service. Started with beet salad which they split for us. Delicious—two types of beets. Lightly dressed (perfect). One of us had the pasta carbonara special, the trifecta of pork. Enjoyed it very much. The other person had the salmon. Cooked perfectly and the pasta was so tender, the right match for the salmon. Thanks to Brian for the great service

NEVER had a bad experience with food or service @ Aqua on White Bear Lake. 5 STARS for FOOD...SERVICE....and, STAFF!!!! DickM....

Finally found a great place to dine in MN. There are tons of places to eat in White Bear / St Paul area. Most are mediocre at best compared to other cities.
