So what does Adam Reid at The French mean? That would be new flexible menus, a more relaxed, accessible dining atmosphere and Reid’s pièce de résistance – the chefs counter. Dining in the centre of Manchester does not get better than this and you’d be wise to arrive on Peter Street with a reservation in place – Adam Reid at The French is something the whole of Manchester wants to experience.
