   Had dinner here last night. We made a reservation. When we arrived, we waited a few minutes to be seated. Our servers were very active and friendly. We had the 32oz Rebye with two sides and the salad bar (more options than just salad). I had a red sangria and it was very good. We had for deserts: Flan, creme burlee. Everything tasted very flavorful and the presentation was very good. I will be returning to try other plants. I definitely recommend trying out this restaurant if you like stake.

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was perfect—warm, inviting, and cozy. The staff made us feel immediately welcomed, and the service was top-notch. Our waiter was not only attentive but also knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. The highlight of the evening, of course, was the food. As a lover of Brazilian cuisine, Adega Gaucha didn’t disappoint. The grilled meats were absolutely delicious—cooked to perfection, tender, and bursting with flavor. The variety of meats served in the traditional rodizio style was incredible, and each cut was better than the last. The sides were also fantastic, with options like rice, beans, farofa, and a delightful selection of sauces that really added to the experience. I could tell that everything was freshly prepared and made with care. I also want to mention the dessert. As it was my birthday, the staff went above and beyond by surprising me with a complimentary birthday dessert. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the evening feel even more special. The attention to detail throughout the meal was impressive, and it made me feel truly valued as a guest. The overall vibe of the restaurant was lively yet relaxed, and it made for a memorable celebration. I’m so grateful for such a fantastic dining experience and will absolutely be returning for future celebrations or simply to enjoy an exceptional meal. Adega Gaucha is a hidden gem in Kissimmee, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Brazilian dining experience with excellent service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere!

   Fabulous experience on my birthday with my friends. Lucas was an excellent server throughout the evening. Everything we tasted was delicious. We will definitely be back!

   One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Service was exceptional and food was even better. Absolutely amazing selection of meats and well worth the price. Be sure to pace yourself.

   Adega Gaucha exceeded our expectations! The buffet was spotless and well-stocked with fresh, high-quality options. The variety of meats was incredible, each cut cooked and seasoned to perfection. Service was top-notch! The staff was attentive and friendly, and we really enjoyed the relaxed, unhurried pace. Can’t wait to come back!
