Couldn't find me on any list, took 10mins to sort us out, had to get the confirmation email out twice to show them I booked a tabls, the kitchen then said that we were there for cream tea, and was arguing with the waiter as I'd booked afternoon tea not cream tea so had to get out my email again and take it to the kitchen. Once the food arrived it was another 10 minutes later and my mum had to go up and ask where the unlimited pot of tea was. Turn out to be more stressful for my mum on Mother's Day
