Roy was are waiter with great recommendation for tea/wine/champagne and also very friendly couldn’t do enough for us. The afternoon tea was beautiful will definitely be returning.

The room was chilly, all the doors to the reception area were open. The sandwich/cake stand looked lovely but we personally didn’t like the festive touches to the jam or macaroons. By the time we reached the top tier we had had enough and took the rest home but some cakes were dry and tasteless and some a bit gooey. Quite expensive and then a £20 service charge added. Piano player was very good, nice touch.

A most pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Food was lovely, portion sizes are large, but any uneaten cakes can be boxed up and taken home. Takes about 2 hrs for afternoon tea

We came in for afternoon tea for my sister’s birthday which I’d organised a few months earlier. The lady that looked after us was lovely and I could not fault her however there were a few issues. There was some broccoli stuck to the teapot that mum sister had, some of our cakes were extremely dry as was some of the bread with our sandwiches. The table runner was so creased up I was so shocked it wasn’t corrected before people came into the restaurant! For almost £200 for three people I did expect more sadly. I wouldn’t be going back for afternoon tea again.

A lovely afternoon tea. The food was delicious and we were given extra sandwiches. We couldn’t finish the cakes and we were given them in a box to take home. We had the Ascot tea and the waiter explained all about the drinks, which was a lovely touch. We have been before and will certainly go again.

We have been to a Pennyhill park many times for their delicious afternoon tea- but we both agreed this was the best yet- thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience

We booked afternoon tea to celebrate my mums 70th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and they changed our table for one with different chairs with no fuss at all. The food was delicious and we were to take home anything we didn't manage to eat. Would highly recommend.

Over rated, expensive and trading on prior reputation. Left my mother sitting in a corner whilst telling me she hadn't arrived and worrying. One of us received our champagne, took 10 mins for the other to arrive. No starter and then 35 mins from receiving pot of tea (when 2nd champagne arrived - really?!) to getting any food. And then a service charge on top. Disgusting.

Been here a few times for afternoon tea now and the customer service has been outstanding every time! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is lively but not noisy. Was a perfect afternoon with my Mum as we celebrated her birthday on this occasion.
