A lovely afternoon tea with a good choice of sandwiches, warm scones with butter, cream and jam, a huge slice of the cake of your choice. Impossible to eat any more! Very well looked after and excellent value for money. The only downside was they close at 4 pm so that cut down on natter time but we had been there since 2.30pm!

We booked afternoon tea for my mum's 80th birthday through OpenTable only to arrive & find Characters to be closed for decorating. Now I'm receiving emails requesting me to leave a review on my experience..... absolute joke 😡

We had booked this for a Friday afternoon, but due to work commitment could not attend, but very kindly they did do a take away box for us, which in respect was pretty poor, there was 3 finger sandwich each, 3 scones no butter but Margarine, 3 pieces of cake which were not the best and that was our afternoon tea. Very sorry but not good value for Money

We have visited here for afternoon tea on a number of occasions and it never disappoints. Food great, service very pleasant and it’s superb value for money. Quirky and full of character.

Absoluntly loved it - quirky, fun and friendly. Lovely touches and nothing wa too much trouble, the four people in my party all hade different combinations of food at the afternoon tea and it was all perfect - great value too. We will be back xx

Lovely place would recommend visiting. Food very tasty and as a Mum to a fussy teenager they made alternative sandwiches from the menu so she could enjoy the Afternoon Tea as much as would did.

Booked a table to accommodate 19 with no trouble at all in accommodating us , wonderful decor, excellent afternoon tea choices, friendly staff will definately go back when next in Llandudno x
