   Agave Azul is a great restaurant and has great food. We’ve come here very often, but I have noticed when there are events and there are too many customers the service is not so good. You have to look for your server for water refills or to ask for food that hasn’t been brought out yet.

   The food is excellent. The music is so loud it feels like I’m in a dance club, not a restaurant. I couldn’t hear a word my family said to me and we spent the whole dinner saying, “what? Can you talk louder?” It was a Sunday night. Even the music outdoors for outdoor dining was excessively loud. I want to be able to talk to my friends and family and enjoy my dining experience. Food was great but they need to work on the atmosphere.

   The food was OKAY.. just ok. The ceviche had too much of a tangy taste. The portion was good. Each plate of beans and rice was a separate charge. My main concern was the waitress, who, when presenting the check to me, had already checked the tip percentage amount and did not leave the choice to me. I witnessed a person with a fly deterrent flyer object that should have been offered to all outside tables. I heard about this place and tried it for myself. Been there; Done that

   When making a reservation you have to provide a card number and there is a warning if you don’t show up you could be charged $25 per person. Overall they didn’t seem very customer service oriented they are more policy oriented. Didn’t make you feel welcomed. Food is overall good. Service is fair at best.

    Food was fine. Service was way off. Waitress only came to take order and to give check. Never followed up on us. Never gave us silverware. I noticed this in our table and table next to us. We were always asking busboys or others for items.
