Al Mercato es un restaurante ubicado en una casa hacienda antigua en el corazón de Cumbayá, que basa su cocina en alta gastronomía italiana con toques mediterráneos. La bondad de la frescura de los productos locales y la alta calidad de productos importados, nos permiten variar nuestra propuesta gastronómica constantemente.

Es gracias a esto, y al no tener una carta fija o impresa, que podemos complacer el gusto de cada uno de nuestros clientes de una manera personalizada, a través de nuestro chef Julio Salem Boschetti, que se acercará a nuestros comensales, y juntos podrán conversar y definir su menú del día.

Phenomenal evening! Everything was presented perfectly and tasted wonderful. You cannot order anything and regret it. All decisions are good.

This is an outstanding restaurant in every way. The food was prepared to perfection, the service was excellent and the ambiance was superb. You felt like someone had invited you to their home...it was warm, friendly and outstanding in every aspect. The chef was an added bonus in the fact that he visited the tables to explain the fare of the day and was very engaging. I highly recommend this restaurant .
