Staff need more training as this is not my first time to this place but the service is really bad this time and they take long time to serve customers. I used to come every Ramadan and every time the service gets worse

The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. Delicious afternoon tea. Must try!

Afternoon Tea was disappointing weird savory sandwich combinations that were not nice, stands only provided 1 items of everything but was for a couple. Jams were store bought (and awful) and no lemon curd was provided as per the menu. Small selection of teas and UHT milk (the Four Seasons can't afford to provide fresh milk????) Service was average, staff didn't know what was ordered and then couldn't provide advice on what was actually on the stands.

The decor and the look of the Place is beautiful, avocado dream was amazing and the coffee was great, yet the finger foods on the english afternoon tea menu was to small that I felt I dont even remember what they taste like and we were not able to share any of it. The dessert Part was good. And there needs to be more options for pastry.

Everything was perfect , the place , the stuff , the atmosphere . The dessert was the best part of it . The afternoon tea was under expectation!! The sandwiches were so less than average of what I had in many places before. The sandwiches I had it had no meat or chicken !!

Such a classy place, very caring-attended-kind-welcoming-professional staff. Fulfilling your needs without asking. Went there for high tea, personally best place for high tea so far. Delicious, crative & well served. Highly recommend, don't miss it !!!
