   I came for brunch with friends and unfortunately our service did not meet the mark. From the jump we felt rushed to order however it took VERY long for everything to arrive. We waited 30 minutes for our first round of drinks and over an hour for our food. We were patient and kind but even after a long wait, my food was cold. I expressed that I would like fresh eggs since mine were cold and was told by my server that there were no more eggs and she would get the manager. The manager came and said there were no more eggs but he could “get some”???? So confusing but no apologies made. They did bring the fresh eggs but no acknowledgement or apology for the slow service. For context - our reservation was at 1:30 and we didn’t receive our food until 3 pm and didn’t finish our brunch until after 4 pm. We were girlfriends enjoying each other so it didn’t feel as bad but really it should have been more accommodation and acknowledgement. I probably won’t be back

   Fun atmosphere on a very busy Saturday night on MLK weekend. We arrived earlier than our res to have drinks in the greenhouse, but it was full. The host graciously seated us at our table early even with a full house. It was directly across from the door, but I didn’t notice any cold or draft. Very friendly servers, good food and drinks.

   Had the Farmer’s Breakfast with goetta. Loved it. And our server Rachel was awesome.

   We had a nice time here, but thought the food was just OK. We had a pasta entree and lamb entree, and neither was something we would order again. Service was great, so it is a mix, but just not fine dining.

   We had a really great experience and the food was great. We appreciate the restaurant for being so patient and accommodating with our party since more than half the people no showed due to the snow.

   Had a great dinner at Alcove!! We came to the restaurant prior to our show at Music Hall, and our wait staff was more than willing to help us out. We put our full order at once, and everything came out in a timely fashion and was delicious! Our server was very attentive and absolutely fantastic. We were out in plenty of time to get to our show. Thanks for a great experience!!

   Very good service, even with a hand off when a new server arrived. The Bloody Cincy (I think that’s what it’s called) was YUMMMM! The beet and goat cheese salad was to die for. Cheese board was average, but everything else more than made up for that. My only complaint would be the location, size, and cleanliness of the restrooms. Not the best.
