   I had a reservation for 8:30 for a party of 9. We got there early at around 8:00pm. They said they couldn’t sit us before our scheduled time which was no big deal. Unfortunately our time came around and they still couldn’t seat us. 9:00pm comes around and we check in again and the receptionist told us people were still at our table and that’s the only table they had for 9 people. I asked her if there was a time limit and she said there usually is and that the people had been there for 2 hours and 40mins. Now it’s approaching 9:30pm and the only reason we were finally seated is because I asked for a manager who said he was going to tell the table that they had to leave. I typically would’ve left at this point but I had plans to celebrate as I had just graduated that night and it was too late to go anywhere else. The staff were nice but I just feel like making us wait an hour with no updates on what was going on was unacceptable, especially when they had called to confirm my reservation early in the morning. They also said they would “take care of me” but I’m pretty sure all they took off the bill was a $12 dessert. Over $700 later I don’t think that experience was worth it. If you have a large party and plan on going here do your due diligence.

   Our first time here was fantastic! Food and service authentic and well presented. A bit pricey, but a great experience overall

   Come hungry and don’t plan to eat again for days! Food was delicious all around and the staff was very kind, especially to my daughter as we were celebrating her birthday. A lovely place and staff to celebrate!

   Alma Gaucha is a fantastic restaurant! We usually dine at FDC, but I’d say Alma Gaucha is right up there with it. They have a wonderful variety of food options that you don't typically find at other places. My only little hiccup was that they didn’t change our plates throughout dinner, which I usually expect. But honestly, it's a minor detail, and I bet they would’ve happily provided a new plate if I had asked. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

   Good rodzio overall. Meat had a good variety and were cooked very well. It was nice that they weren’t overly seasoned like the other chain restaurant.
