   First time here, just booked before seeing a concert. Great vibe, great music, attentive staff and probably the best burger I’ve ever had! Great value for money, would recommend

   The price of the Crack Shack didn’t reflect in what arrived at the table Smaller than expected However, an amazing amount of Tater Tots for one portion

   What can I say? Big expectations- and bigger disappointment. I’ve booked a table, in advance. When we arrived- we were seated at the dirty, sticky table. When I’ve asked a lady to clean it she sprayed the table -and myself as well with chemical spray. So unprofessional.. Booked bottomless brunch 37.50, got charged some extras god knows why. Burgers? Small, not seasoned properly, fries were soggy too sweet and just bad.. I’ll never ever come there again.

   Booked a table for 5pm on a Saturday. Seated quickly and ordered drinks and food shortly afterwards. Drinks were great…cocktails 2 4 £15 and they didn’t have to be the same 2… great tasting cocktails too and looked great. Food arrived shortly after 1st drinks, delicious! Another round of cocktails as no set time for the 2 for £15 cocktails. Everything was great, food drinks and service.

   We went here for our daughter’s birthday on Halloween. We ordered 12 wings to share among our family of four, but they were extremely salty. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she responded, “Oh yes, they’re salty because of the barbecue sauce,” which wasn’t accurate. The wings tasted overwhelmingly salty, and we felt the excess salt was from the wings themselves, not the sauce. The burgers, shakes, and kids’ meals were fine, but the chicken strips served for kids were overly spiced. Overall, it seems there’s an issue with their chicken marination. We weren’t happy with our experience—it was our first visit and, most likely, our last.

   Staff were super friendly from the moment I walked in, they were able to seat me and my baby somewhere private and comfortable so I could breastfeed without being watched over by other diner. Food was amazing as always.

   The lighting at the table was too dark couldn’t see the menu and when we did order the food it all came out was cold the chicken burger I ordered was hard and I think it was left out to long the bacon bacon fries came out cold we sent them back and they still were the same. I think it’s too expensive for what you get it’s not value for money they also put a service charge on which should be optional. They should do a meal deal where you get burger and fries set price. Will not be going again.
