   I went with some friends and we all had a great time. The Bison Short Rib I tried was delicious, drinks where really nice, and the service was great. I would totally go back soon

   We had a nice waiter but the food was terrible. Our salads were decent, but we had to send back 3 entrees out of 4. 2 $70 fillets that were cold with cold flavorless potatoes. They took them back tried again and brought back cold entrees again. My husband had a bison short rib with the polenta. The polenta had no flavor and seemed like it was instant from a box. They comped the entrees but all in all was not a great way to end 2024.

   I was surprised for a resort town restaurant they were not prepared their reservations. They sat us over 20 minutes late. They offered to sit us in a conference room instead of the dining room. They never offered us anything for their delays. They ran out of food. The short rib was actually hard and served on a cold plate with cold polenta. The server was kind but overworked. Stay away!

   They do not serve the dinner menu at lunch and only a bar type atmosphere is open during lunch, serving mainly breakfast, sandwiches and salads. I didn’t see if there was a nicer seating area in this restaurant. I would not eat their dinner menu in this bar style ambiance since they charge $72 a steak. We were disappointed for Christmas lunch as we had planned to have steaks and ended up eating salads and sandwiches in a bar with little ambiance.

   My family stayed at this hotel for a week and decided to have Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel based on positive reviews. Well there is nothing positive about this (other than our kind waitress Karen). We waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks from the bar and then almost 2 hours for our entrees. When we finally received them, my chicken was completely RAW inside and my daughter’s steak was raw, cold and so filled with veins I couldn’t even cut it for her. It was a terribly disappointing dinner and the manager was completely worthless.

   Made reservations based on positive reviews. Came with my family on Christmas Eve to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The wait for food was almost 2 hours. Not sure if their chef quit or their grill broke. All Food arrived cold and inedible with poor presentation. Trout fillet seemed like it was just unfrozen in the microwave, not seasoned, uncooked, thrown on the plate skin up in the puddle of the canned beans. Scallops were cold and tasteless. Even a simple cheeseburger ordered medium was as hard as a rock, including the bun, I could not cut it in half, my daughter called it a “brick-burger”. Such a weird experience has never happened to us before at any restaurant.

    Table took forever, ended up being sat at the bar and ate at the bar (which wasn’t bad but we had children). The bartender did the best he could serving us and taking care of all the drink orders. Kitchen and staff just seemed short staffed and not organized. Food was meh- meats were all way over cooked and dry, flavor just wasn’t there. For the hefty bill we paid we expected more. Hopefully this isn’t their normal service
