   First time at AMA , and it won’t be our last! Very impressed! Delicious food, beautiful setting in the grotto, wonderful waiter and overall experience. Steaks were perfect. My husband said this was his new favorite restaurant in St Croix. Christmas in St Croix every year is so special , and this restaurant is now on our list when we visit!

   Phenomenal ambience and views. Food and service were great. Drinks were delicious. A must do while in Saint Croix.

   Ama is the premier fine dining restaurant on the North Shore of St. Croix. Prices are in line with what you would expect for a fine restaurant, as is the food, service, and ambience. Watching the sunset over the water is a bonus.

   Food came out cool. Maybe sat too long before served. Two of decided to eat an ms two were sent back. I would say they re did the dishes not reheat which would have over done the meals. That was a plus

   Food and cocktails were mostly excellent. Smoked Caesar salad was very tasty and innovative. Mahi entree was delicious but my husband's spicy lobster fra diablo was not spicy. Desserts were ok. Our server was kind of frosty and our food sat waiting for pickup just long enough to cool down a bit. It was a busy night and we felt kind of forgotten. But ambiance made up for it.

    More of an experience than anything else. Great food and very good service. The environment and scene are breathtaking. The Caribbean Sea along with fantastic drinks and a delicious dinner made it a real special evening. We’ll be back. Cheers!
