Delicious! The flavors were amazing. Loved the crab special with the most amazing sauce. Order the golden beets for a fresh and light side. The strip with chimichurri was fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

We love how some of the menu remains the same with our favorites but there is always a surprising twist with a new change! Plus the beef tartare was an excellent addition to the fall menu! Our strip was the perfect temperature and the house made romesco and chimmichurri made the dish unique and so special! The mojo verde really makes the salmon a fantastic dish! We topped off our dinner with the most amazing cheesecake we have ever tasted! What a wonderful experience!

Amada is an excellent restaurant. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and checked on us frequently. The food was excellent! Best tapas experience we have ever had. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly, as was the salmon. The steak tartare, beets, endive with goat cheese, and charcuterie were all delicious. We also had dessert and Amada did not disappoint! In particular the ice cream was very creamy and flavorful. We have already recommended this gem of a restaurant to friends and family! A lot of restaurants claim to be instagram-worthy, but Amada really is. We sent lots of pics out!

The food was excellent and the servers were polite, when they were present at all. I ordered a second drink when I ordered my food. 1/3 of my food and my drink never appeared. No one came to check on us. I finally waved someone down. Eventually, I just cancelled it and requested the check. They took it off and blamed a new bar tender but the server also never followed up. We don’t plan on returning.

Amadas was amazing. We were a little disappointed when we found out they were out of the mussels and the ceviche tostada when we arrived (saturday 8:00 pm Rez) but the dishes we did order were outstanding. I love octopus but I find it’s always a gamble when you order it, as it could easily be overcooked-it was perfection. Everything we ordered was executed flawlessly. We started with the beets and the octopus, then added on the endive and potatoes. We finished with the chocolate budino- we could not decide which was our favorite- it was all so delectable. We also ordered some cocktails which were on point. Our server was attentive and friendly and the overall experience was great. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back!

On vacation and first time there. Very disappointing! Perhaps this is the version of tapas served in the area, but they were not like any I have had in the past. The marinated olives were cold and had only a bit of olive oil on them, the fried deviled eggs had little flavor, croquettes were without flavor and were mushy, and the patatas bravas were simply a bowl of home fries. There is another restaurant by the same name in Philadelphia. Suggest you have a meal there to find out what tapas really are.

Lovely space. Owner came over and spoke with us about a few of the items on menu. Waiter was very good and knowledgeable of menu items. Food came quickly and was absolutely delicious! We are visiting Chattanooga and plan on coming back next visit!
