    Beautiful restaurant with a chill vibe. It is a high end restaurant so I expected small portions, but it’s extremely small. Service was slow but he was very busy and kind.

    We come here for my wife’s birthday every year. It’s become our thing, because we absolutely love the food, service and atmosphere. Amal is classy, but not pretentious. They hire genuinely nice people and their food is some of the best in Toronto. Amal is always top of conversation when recommending restaurants to family and to internal and external clients at work.

    My friend and I enjoyed this very pretty restaurant from beginning to end. The staff was very kind, efficient and seemed very happy to be there. Our time was up and our waiter kindly sat us at the bar. Our dishes were beautifully presented. Our favorites were halloumi and eggplant dishes. I will be back for sure to taste the rest of the menu. Thank you for providing an enjoyable evening out

    Our server was Greg and he took amazing care of us. The food was honestly fantastic and he never let our water glass go empty!

    We enjoyed our lunch at Amal. I loved the 3 starters with hot bread. The chicken shawarma was a bit dry for me. The french fries I got were not salted. The service was good and the ambiance is lovely.
