   A good family dinner place. We had kids ages 8 to 10 with us and they all could find something that they liked.

   service was horrible and the hostess was non communicative and rude she did give us the table we wanted when we asked but we made reservations and it took them 30 min to seat us.The food was delicious though and it came in a timely manner.

   Disappointed with the time it took to get drinks although the food did come out quickly. Did not like looking at tv while trying to enjoy a nice romantic dinner. Also, for Valentine’s night, the restaurant areas other than the main dining room were not in a very inviting atmosphere - food carts sitting around, trash laying in spots you could see through windows into the kitchen, front foyer didn’t have pretty desserts or wine on display was just an empty cooler, no candlelight, no fresh flowers, just barren. And the women’s bathroom was embarrassing - trash on counters, a broken air freshener and parts all over the counter, hardware handles falling off the doors, trash… Our experience was fair.

   The manager at this restaurant is outstanding --friendly, warm and interested in guests' comfort and experience. The ambiance is very nice. Wish they had a few more small booths for dining. Our waitress was nice but seemed busy with other tables. We had to wait on a couple of items (refills of water and our check), but otherwise good. Food is terrific and we learned they are going to be adding specials to the menu going forward (great!) Overall, we enjoy this restaurant and will go back.

   Parking a little confusing but parked for free in Marshall’s parking across way. Food was plated beautifully and delicious. Salmon was amazing! Caesar salads yummy. Loved the gelato encased in frozen chocolate nice touch!

   The experience was phenomenal. We had wrapped up a conference and came here for dinner. The food and the service were amazing. The spicy Sicilian was so tasty, and my friends cleaned the plates of their dishes.

   Melissa seemed eager to ensure a good experience, and overall our experience was good. There were a couple things that would have made it better. Our pizzas were tasty but arrived room temp vs. hot. All of our items were delivered by someone from the kitchen, so it appears they are short on servers and consequently short in the kitchen too. That observation was reinforced by lapses in our service at times, e.g., when we ordered a couple extra glasses of wine which took a while to get to us. Our server was friendly but seemed stretched. Overall, pizzas were better than apps, and our salad was very good.

   Everything was great except for the veal saltimbacca. The veal was like chewing on shoe leather; extremely tough. Had difficulty cutting it with a knife. Our server was excellent, as was the hostess and supporting wait staff.

   Great food. Staff is very friendly and helpful! We shared a pizza and spaghetti and meatballs and both were great!
