   The food is awesome and the service is even better! Fine dinning only. Great for date nights and special occasions. Kids might be welcome but I would advise against it unless you have very quiet kiddos. As another patron I'm saying let's keep this place special.

   We had the crispy rice tuna and garlic shrimp apps both were excellent. Ordered the seafood paella which wasn’t paella at all. Wet saffron rice with a nice sauce, mussels, shrimp and sea bass. Crème Brûlée middle of the road, believe we should have tried the bread crumb pudding. Service was excellent and nice ambiance but the bulk of the tables were booth type with side by side patron dining.

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ambli for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service stood out even before I arrived, as I received a personal text confirming my reservation—an impressive touch. Upon arrival, Sarah warmly greeted me, guided me to my table, and ensured my seating preferences were met. Adriana, our fine dining server, alongside the incredible team—Patrick, Sarah, Austin, Sydney, and Michael (who was new but already excelling)—created a seamless experience. They expertly managed our courses, kept the table spotless, and made us feel truly special. A quick tip: check the menu before you go. We sampled a variety of side dishes and entrées, ordering a lot à la carte, and ended with the Pistachio Crème Brûlée. While it leaned a bit heavy on the pistachios, it was still a delightful finish to the meal. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking spectacular service, Ambli is an outstanding choice. Highly recommended!

   Been meaning to try Ambli for a while, wish we would have sooner! The service we received from Austin stood out above all else! Food quality and presentation was fantastic as well. One of the better overall dining experiences we’ve hand in Springs in quite a while!

   Our meal was wonderful! Starters: The beets and burrata were excellent! The Portuguese Garlic Shrimp was very good, very good. Great flavor. Entrees: Brazilian platter and Tour of India. Delicious, cooked perfectly and also full of flavor. Food presentation really beautiful. Cocktails: Good but absolutely overpriced!! $18 for a cocktail. Ridiculous! Water glasses were empty with a rare return to fill. Frustrating! Desserts: Sorbet really great flavor. Carrot cake cheesecake - meh! Wasn't a fan. Our server struggled with focus and timeliness. After ordering desserts and 1 coffee, the coffee was brought to the table along with our bill. A bit of time passed, but still no desserts. My friend was waiting to drink her coffee with her dessert. Sooo it did get cold. When he returned, we asked about desserts, and he replied, "Oh, I didn't know you wanted dessert." What? Odd because he shared the dessert list and took our order along with the coffee... We then looked at our bill. No desserts. Again, odd considering we had an entire conversation with him acknowledging our selections. He was pleasant but a bit of a flutterbug and just absentminded. He redeemed himself a little as he comped them to go. Still, his lax in prompt service, along with his forgetfulness, made the experience less enjoyable. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. Music could have dropped a few decibels. I'm not sure why restaurants feel the need to blast music, especially when it's fine dining and you're trying to enjoy your dinner company with conversation. It's a restaurant, not a nightclub. Would I return? Maybe.... hoping for a different and more experienced server.

   The restaurant setting is very modern and casual, the staff unfailingly polite and attentive, the food, amazing, and the pacing for our tasting menu was perfect. This place is expensive, but worth every dime in my opinion.

    Amazing experience, awesome Austin was a great tour guide around the world via cuisine. Every dish was delightful! Service was exceptional!
