   Love this restaurant! Team is very dedicated to service. Food is wonderful! Bar booths are our favorite, it’s fancy yet laid back.

   Repeat trip to ambrosia and we really like a lot of things about our experiences there. One thing that seems missing is some of the wait staff seem untrained .not as polished as you expect from the decor/ prices. We asked to dine in the bar. They took us to a 5-6 top table - we asked the girl if we could sit in one of the 3 cozy half circle booths that were available. She told us we had to have a reservation to sit there. We told her we do have a reservation. She left us to go and ask at the front. In the meantime some space opened at the bar and we sat there. She did come back and offer the booth. Wish we had taken her up on it. Some very fouled mouthed people taking tequila shots sat down next to us. We had to ask for the bar to be wiped off, ask for drink menus - it was a relief that the food was so good.

   Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in to the time we left. There’s a sense of teamwork amongst the staff and it wasn’t only our waiter that was helpful. Highly recommend the wagyu bread, it’s amazing! My son got the taste of 30A, which everyone at the table had a nibble from. I got steak, which was good, but wish I had gotten the taste of 30A. This will be a repeat restaurant for our next Seaside trip!

   We had such a lovely date night at **Ambrosia**—our first time there, and they didn’t miss a single beat. We started with the crab claws and she crab soup, and both were absolutely delicious! For my entrée, I had the diver scallops. I was pleasantly surprised to get five full scallops (plus a little bonus sixth one!), especially since some places only serve three or four. I swapped out the broccolini for Brussels sprouts, and they generously brought me both—win! My husband had the special of the night: elk. He loved it! He was glad he got the sauce on the side, as it had a bold espresso flavor, but the elk itself was cooked to perfection. Now, the **sweet potato casserole** deserves its own shoutout—it was *incredible.* Topped with candied pecans and brown sugar, it was rich, comforting, and so delicious that we ended up sharing it as our dessert. To top it all off, our server Terraine was phenomenal. She was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive, offering great wine pairings and making the entire evening feel special. Her conversation made the whole experience even more memorable. Thank you, Ambrosia, for such a wonderful night—we can’t wait to come back!

    We had a great night at Ambrosia celebrating a 60th Birthday! The atmosphere was great, the service amazing and the meal was delicious. We always love an evening at Ambrosia. Look forward to going again soon!
