Ambrosia is an Asian specialty restaurant, with dishes created by Chef Jonathan Carbajal and made with the best and freshest ingredients. Built entirely with recycled wood from Casa Malca’s renovation, it is decorated with works of art by the artist Keith Haring.
Ambrosia is open during the day, and a minimum consumption is required for the reservation.

Went to cas Malca for a Anniversary dinner, the servers made our Anniversary one to remember, from the candle lights, to spelling out Happy Anniversary on our table with crushed rose pedals. It will be a dinning experience that will last in our memories for years to come. The food was top notch too. A hidden gem.

Food - excellent. Menu selection - excellent. Parking is paid despite this being a 5* hotel with premium priced restaurants. Not only is parking paid but the parking is not near the entrance to the restaurant (you are not able to walk through the hotel but have to take a separate entrance to the restaurant). Once inside we were requested to pay the parking in advance of being sat at our table which we found odd and unnecessary but apparently it’s policy. These sort of inconveniences take away from the premium experience that this hotel/restaurant should exude. The food was delicious and we sat at a table overlooking the beach/sea. Would return, despite the parking nonsense etc.

Amazing! Food was delicious, service was excellent. The scenery of the outdoor dining was beautiful! Listening to the ocean while music was playing was so relaxing 10/10!
