   This was our first time dining at American 35. We were greeted at the entrance and led to a nice quiet table by the window. Our server was very helpful in selecting menu items. The ambiance of the place is very nice: clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming. The owner/chef was very friendly when I came up to the kitchen/pizza oven and began taking photos. He noted my interest and invited us to join them for a pizza class coming up in the coming weeks. Our cocktails and wine were excellent. Roasted Brussels sprouts were very good. The pizza special with chicken and cranberries was excellent. I judge pizza primarily on the crust, and this was excellent. The bar manager came over to our table after dinner. Lisa is someone we knew from her previous jobs serving at restaurants in our town. She was welcoming and friendly. We felt like old friends. Overall, we were very happy with our first experience at American 35. We recommend this place highly, and we will return.

   Wonderful, very creative pizzas and sides. Innovative and also non-alcohol cocktails. Recommend them as a worthy alternate to much higher-tariff Walla Walla a short, colorful 20 minute drive away. American 35 is the latest in a line of really hood spots that have claimed small town Waitsburg as home.

   Really our only issue was lack of a certain beer a family member tried to order. Otherwise great evening!!

   The food was so good, and all the ingredients were so fresh, just like they had been made that moment or picked that day. We enjoyed the Chicken Garlic Rosemary Pizza and the Fingerling potatoes. I also had a house made Rhubarb Soda, which was unlike anything I've ever had before. The pictures of the place don't do it justice. I thought we were going to a small venue. but when we arrived it was huge with lots of seating and a stage area for entertainment later in the evening. Overall, we had a great time.

   I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and there was an excellent selection of drinks and the Brussel sprouts were an excellent addition to the meal.

   A hidden gem! Craft cocktails, tasty kale n white bean salad, delish chefs choice pizza. Crust was good but a wee bit droopy for our taste. Decor was tasteful n unique. A bluegrass folk gathering was playing, must of been 12 to 15 stringed instruments! It was definitely worth the hour drive!

    Really good Neapolitan style pizza, ours was the cup and char with pepperoni, hot honey, and pepper flakes. Also the Brussels sprouts appetizer was excellent with whole roasted garlic cloves. We had our dog with us but outdoor dining service was not yet available so they opened one of the garage doors and set us up outside some could enjoy our dinner with our fur kid. So thoughtful of them to above and beyond. Looking forward to our next visit!
