   Beautiful winter theme decor. Lobster roll was good. Not overflowing but plenty of lobster. Burger was big and tasty. The waiter was nice but a little side tracked even though the place had only a few tables with diners. He was slow and forgetful. Miscommunication in needing change as he never came back with it and it became awkward to ask.

   Our server (Malik) did a great job: friendly, great response time, checked in just the right amount & gave us a birthday drink (10/10) The food was mid: • Hot & Honey Wings: lukewarm, dry + you couldn’t taste heat or honey . 8 wings for $20 in this economy is acceptable I guess (0/10) • Oysters Rockefeller: they were a cool take on oysters. Nothing to write home about so (6.7/10) • Seafood Pasta: came out hot, full serving and worth the price. Could use a bit less salt on the shrimp and some heat (spice) but still good! (8.7/10) • Braised Short Rib: overpriced considering it only came with fingerling potatoes. The food was warm but not as hot as the pasta. I’ve def had better short ribs (6.8/10) • Dessert: Brownie/IceCream: the brownie seemed like it was warmed in a microwave cause half of it was cold lol. Also it wasn’t solid, more like fudge? Idk — (4/10) We parked in the lot next door and didn’t use the bathroom so nothing to note there. The set up is cute (sea themed) and though it was busy, it wasn’t super loud or chaotic. Overall: 5.6/10 — I’d come back but probably stick to Seafood.

   Had a delicious girls night out! Holiday decor was cheerful, meal delicious, server kind. Cute cocktail names however we chose a bottle of wine instead. This has been on my “to go” list for quite a while and definitely worth it!

   Charming place with absolutely exceptional host….who cared for each diner like a welcomed friend and took special photos of diners by the water. What a lovely and kind man. Oh and the food was more than decent as well. I’d go back…

   Good food, good atmosphere, small but not overly crowded. I wanted ceviche but was told it was seasonal for the warmer months, the oysters were fresh, my seafood pasta was good just could've had a little more crab meat. Since it was my birthday they gave me a piece of cheesecake with a candle. Joey the manager was very nice, funny and hospitable.

   It was our first time here and were celebrating my Wife's birthday. Joey the Manager immediately introduced himself and was very welcoming. He tended to our needs and made sure we were comfortable and even took some pictures for us. Our server Kiki was equally as amazing! Very knowledgeable of the menu and accommodating to our requests for the meal. She checked in on us frequently and maintained her positive attitude and professionalism. The food prepared by the Chefs and kitchen Staff was top tier. So much so, that we cleaned our plates! Atmosphere was tasteful and well lit. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for making this special day even more magical! We will come again, soon!

   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ampersea, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, Joey, the manager/greeter, greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm that we felt right at home. His kindness set the tone for the entire evening. The service throughout the meal was impeccable—our waiters were attentive without being overbearing, ensuring our drinks were always topped off and checking in just the right amount. A special shout-out goes to Oscar, the bartender, who was absolutely phenomenal. He crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while, with perfect balance and creativity. Overall, Ampersea delivered on both food and service, and the personal touches from Joey and the rest of the team made it a memorable night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, fantastic drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere!
