We had the tuna poke appetizer which was exquisite. I had the Bison, prepared perfectly to my order, and my wife states her sea bass and shrimp dish were delicious.

It was Christmas Day, so some slowness and unevenness is expected. But we sat for 15 minutes before a waitress even spoke to us. Then 30 minutes later we got the first course, which was excellent—Apple and parsnip soup. But then we sat for an hour more before second course arrived—“enchiladas” that were cold. I asked for a hot meal and our waitress eventually returned with some that were hot around the edges, cold in the center. Finally, chocolate cake was good. 2.5 hours for an okay meal. That’s probably par for the course on a holiday in this service-challenged world. But not what I’d expect from Anasazi.

I got 4 calls to verify our reservation. Bad omen. We sent back the bison because it was tough, underseasoned, and COLD. The branzino was ok, not very seasoned, and served with orzo in a tomato sauce. Underwhelmed. We requested 2 brandy Alexanders (cocktails) and waited 20 minutes, only for the waiter to bring the bill. We asked where our drinks were. He looked blank then said OH! Ten minutes later he came back & said they didn’t have the ingredients-brandy, crème de cacao or other chocolate liqueur, and cream. Seriously? So we paid and left. And will not return. Sad because this place used to be outstanding.

This is on open table not the restaurant but the system lost our ( and 5 other group's reservations). Hosts were great on getting it worked out though so bravo on what could have been a disaster. Have you say good was not as good as on previous occasions. Member of the group said turkey was dry. No bread for the table. Service a bit chaotic and not of a standard for a high end restaurant

Wonderful service. Delicious food. Bar has many varieties of wines and drinks to choose from. This was our 3rd time of eating there and each time has surpassed expectations. We arrived a bit early for our reservation but were seated almost immediately. Highly recommend this restaurant as a "must do" when you visit Santa Fe.
