   At arrival, the host was very rude and held his finger up to have us wait for several minutes though the reason was unclear. Despite having a reservation, and plenty of open tables by the water, we were then sat at the table next to the hotel door and the seater ran off before I even had a chance to inquire on another place. My salmon was very overcooked, to the point I barely touched it, though my date said his chicken was good. The best thing about the meal for me was the only partially obstructed view of the water.

   Having recently stayed at the hotel, we were impressed and planned a trip back for dining. We decided to visit on Thanksgiving Day, and were seated outside. They had a special Thanksgiving Day meal available, and all three of us ordered it. The turkey (both white and dark), mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, ham/green beans and cranberry sauce were all exceptional. We could tell the dish was super fresh and what we call- 'made with love' . The serving size was large, and two of the three of us took some home. It was a great value as well, we will be coming back again soon. BTW, our server Chris was on point. highly recommend.

   We had a great time with our family celebrating thanksgiving at Anchor and Brine. Atmosphere, food and service all great.
