   Reserved for advertised brunch buffet for my grandmothers 89th birthday. 6 people. Waited 10 minutes at the hostess stand without seeing an employee, had to ask the Delta front desk staff to find someone. Despite a reservation, staff had no idea we were coming and were unprepared, which led to an even longer wait while they figured out where to seat us. Brunch has been cancelled, no longer offered. We’re adaptable, this isn’t in itself a huge deal. 20 minutes to get coffee and water. Asked for Baileys for coffee, never arrived. Finally asked after waiting another 10 minutes, was told “we don’t have a key”. Okay? Could have been communicated when it was ordered. 30 minutes in, ordered food. Ultimately left after waiting another FORTY FIVE minutes for no food. No coffee refills. Just awful.

   Nothing overly special, no brunch drinks were available. Honestly, it felt like they were short staffed the morning we went. Food was missing components that were described on the menu, which made them "more" than just plain pancakes. Coffee is terrible, cream didn't save it either.

   Food and service were great. Celebrated birthdays with yummy surprise desserts. Ambiance was great. Not loud , conversation was easy to hear.

   We attended for the New Year's Eve eve dinner, set at a flat rate of $100/ person, not including beverages. Wait staff attire could be improved upon, especially at high end functions. Quality of service was mediocre, however, our server was very pleasant, friendly and polite. Training in fine dining service is most likely the issue. The quality of the food was exemplary, but still a bit over priced for the entire experience. Doubtful we'd return for the event but would recommend the restaurant for the quality of food and prep.

   It was a last-minute decision to attend the restaurant for the New Year's Eve dinner. One of our guests was vegan and the restaurant had a set New Year's menu, which unfortunately did not offer vegan options. However, the wonderful kitchen staff and wait staff coordinated a beautiful vegan meal last minute for our guest. We had such a lovely time and so enjoyed the live jazz music. We would definitely go back.

   I found the reservation site was a bit tiresome. On site we were greeted warmly and quickly seated. Staff were very attentive but not overly dominant. Food selection was excellent nicely prepared and and presented. Definitely a place I would return to for other special occasions 👍

    We drove up from Minnesota for the Christmas buffet. It wasn't clear to me that reservations were for large groups at a certain time, so we were a bit confused (as were the folks at the table next to us) about the process. However, once we confirmed with our server how it was supposed to work we got in line for the wonderful buffet. Both the food and the service were excellent, and we will be back next year.
