Total Disappointment . Despite we made a reservation they were not able to give us a table until 50 minutes later. Service not the best. Food normal but not the best and overpriced.

My reservation was made x a Saturday night ( 4 people -9.45 pm ) . We were seated in the rooftop area ( not requested, a very windy night , no heaters ) . I requested an indoor table and they told me we had to wait so it was already very late so we ordered empanadas ( overcooked and cold), yuca, cheese sticks and plantains, ( never made it to the table and I am not sure if they were charged or not because the waitress never showed me the bill, she just swiped my card ) and she was pushing us to order drinks that btw we paid 80 usd for 2 drinks . Bad food, bad service , and overpriced just because because its not a good experience.

Not nearly as good as the locations in Colombia. The food and drinks are WAY overpriced a $190 for a bottle of aguardiente that costs $20 in any bottle shop. Such a rip off.

I have been to Andres in both Chia and Bogota many times for years and it was always a special experience. The Miami location was awful. Servers could not answer any questions about menu choices. Most of food ordered was not delivered what was ordered so needed to send back and wait for correct order. No show until after 10 so dinner was a quiet setting which is so disappointing compared to Colombia locations. This is a fake Andres Carne de Res location. Don’t make same mistake as me and expect a memorable experience.

We didn’t expect it to be as nice as it is in Bogota but we were still disappointed. Insane pricing, even by Miami standards. If you really miss Andres Carne de Res, you are better off buying a Spirit flight to Colombia than spending $80+ per person for a proper meal here.

I don’t know where to start, I took my family and family friends for a birthday because I LOVE Andres in Bogota and Chia, I have been to the location in Bogota at least 60 times and most of the times with parties of over 20 people. I truly love the place in Colombia, we where going to celebrate a birthday that was on the same day 12-27, I put it as part of the reservation on top of that I told Emilio (server)in person (I know he heard me because he added the birthday cake to the bill (comped) and he also told me personally that instead of doing it now he was going to wait until we were done with dinner. NOBODY EVER CAME TO DO THR BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. Emilio was more focused on getting phone numbers from girls (I saw him) than of taking care of my table. I heard other people complaining about the service as well and that will not be going back. I am one more customer that has been lost. I talked so good about the place / the atmosphere / the way servers so attentive in Colombia that this new location in Miami Beach has to be the same or better. Before I forget. The side dishes never came / we were finished with our dinner and I had asked Emilio 2 times already about side dishes. He ended up telling me that since they were been cooked at that time he was going to comp us the French fries and rice. That is not the point / we wanted the sides dishes with our dinner. Overall a bad experience. If anyone has been to the Colombia locations. This new one in Miami Beach is miles away from the service from Colombia, if you want to avoid disappointment do not go. I have to be fair and note that all the food was great, the Lomo Al trapo was not opened in front of me (keeping temperature hot longer) but it was superb. I hope this review goes to the right ears. Otherwise I don’t see this locations surviving. The he prices are much more that Bogota and Chia and I understand because of the location. But with those prices the expectation of greatness is +
