   We had a blast celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we loved having the private “Water Room” it really made the experience for us. Everyone was impressed with the views and the value for the extra birthday items we ordered.

   For future notice if the restaurant is empty and you come in with a toddler they should offer to seat you by the tank and not in a booth, we shouldnt have to ask. Otherwise great experience just wish we could have sat by the tanks my child would have loved it

   This place is amazing. The ambiance is incredible and the food is delectable. It’s a must if you’re in Denver.

   I understand that it’s Christmas, and people don’t necessarily want to be at work; however, they are at work, and I’m paying for dinner. 1. We were seated for 25 minutes before anyone came to our table. 2. All adults but one were served 10 long before the 5 kids got their meals; all 5 kids had finished their meals before we could wave down anyone so we could get the one other adult served. 3. We had to flag down our server well after we had all finished eating to order dessert. One of our party wanted the Shark Attack, which she told us would take 30 minutes. It would have been nice to know that at some point prior in the evening. He ordered that anyway, and all 5 kids ordered sundaes. All desserts were delivered 30 minutes later. We would have asked our server to bring the sundaes for the kids out earlier if we had seen her at all from the time we ordered until the desserts came out. 4. The food was okay. 5. The manager was going to comp the meal that was delivered late but didn’t. I wasn’t aware that he had told the person who got the late meal that it would be comped, so I didn’t know to have it removed from the ticket. We were in the restaurant for 2.5 hours, which seems excessive. We probably won’t be back.

   Our family went on Christmas night and we were pretty disappointed with the whole experience. First, the food was very bland and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Second, the service was incredibly slow. We had to wait about 50 minutes just for our food to arrive, drinks took about 20 minutes to get to the table. We asked for bbq sauce to come with my 6 year old son’s dinner and of course it didn’t. When we asked for the sauce after the food arrived, our waitress never brought it so we ended up having to ask one of the hostesses if she could bring some. The whole experience was quite frustrating. We definitely will not be returning anytime in the near future.

   The food was pretty good along with the drinks. The steak, shrimp, lobster tail, mashed potatoes, and veggies were really good. The only thing that was just okay was the calamari. If the calamari had a little seasoning to it then it would have been much better. Was still good though.

   The food was good, the place is surprisingly cute, the environment is 100% recommended but the service was so slow since the beginning and with a bad attitude on Christmas Day, however I left the tip for the server cuz she was working on Christmas Day but hopefully Dalilah is gonna improve her attitude for a next costumer.

    Food was great enjoyed first Christmas there. Thanks for being open and the great service. It was worth getting out.
