   We had a fairly lovely experience in terms of food and atmosphere. Sadly, our server wasn't doing a great job of communicating with us and our food took longer than we expected. There were only 2 of us and less than half of the restaurant was full. We were at out table for over an hour before our entrees came. We got the mozzarella sticks, alfredo, and Cajun combo. All tastes really good. We liked the food quite a bit.

   Atmosphere is always fun, we had a reservation & it was on time. Food took over an hour after it was ordered. When we asked our server she told us there was a large party ahead of us but we had seen at least 4 tables come, eat and leave before we got our food so possibly a server forgetting to submit our order?

   We sat next to the tank which definitely helped ease the frustration of a 2 hour dinner. Our waitress didn't seem to ever be around, it was always someone else who dropped our food after we had to enquire about it. For an expensive meal, you'd think we would get a great server who knew the menu, what type of fish we would see, be engaging but nope.

   The ambiance was nice, we were seated 20 minutes past our reservation time. Our waiter was friendly, but the food was a bit plain. Some of the items were already sold out for the night (understandably so, we came it around 7pm). Overall it was a decent experience, but the actual walk through the aquarium was the best part.

   Our reservation was at 6, and we were seated at 6:15, not a huge deal. That said, we didn't get our food until 8 PM. A two hour wait for food is excessive, especially at the price point of this restaurant. Service was friendly and apologetic, not their fault. It was Valentine's Day, so perhaps they were extra packed, but if you can't reasonably feed your customers within two hours, then you need to rethink how many people you're seating. Food was very good when we did get it.

   Had a reservation. We didn't get seated till 45 minutes later. Food took forever. Would not recommend going here on a holiday.

   To many customers and not enough staff. Waiters not trained as I didn't get a beverage menu as I sat down had to wait on that. Then we ordered food took about 45 minutes to come out and then we ordered 3 steaks for 3 people. Only 2 of us had silverware the 3rd person had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come back with one. The other person steak was medium rare when they asked for well done so they had to take it back and re cook it. Scenery was nice and staff was nice they just had there back against the wall with so many people can't blame them just wish my experience was better for the price we paid

    Good experience was our anniversary, had a later reservation and the host was able to an accommodate an earlier time as we were there touring and the tour ended really early. It was nice to get in right away the service was slow starting but once our order was placed it was nice, delicious and delivered timely. I work in food service so I observe a lot. It was a wonderful experience and the food was on point. We will be back and I have suggested it to several family and friends already. KUDDOS👍
