   If you are in a hurry in any way do not dine here. After 20 minutes we received a server and then another 1 hour to get the food. This was not a busy time either. Overall, food was good but kids mac n cheese has no real cheese at all.

   Chair had large gelatinous spill that I put my hand in, luckily I didn’t sit down. Staff wiped it with paper towel leaving an oily spot. Eventually the server saw me standing looking around and offered me another chair. The kitchen was slow, server seemed helpless. Kids meals were very nice value and all three enjoyed it. Husband’s chicken sandwich was great. I had the ahi tuna bowl, ahi tuna was not a great texture and there was a puddle of soy sauce that absorbed into the rice making it too salty.

   Service was extremely slow. We got drinks right away but it was about 55 mins between food order placed and food arriving at the table. When the food arrives it wasn’t hot, like it sat for a while before being brought out

   My experience was a great one. The atmosphere is great, the food was excellent, and the management and waitstaff were fantastic. I’ll be back.

   This place is a rip off. $12.75 for a beer? The food isn’t good and the only thing it has going is the view. We had also requested to sit by the glass of the aquarium and the hostess argued with us and said she couldn’t accommodate our request despite having open tables. She said we couldn’t pull up a high chair at a 4 person table because it was against their policy. Third time eating here and it’s always a mediocre experience at best.

   Food was pretty good. I’m not one to complain if it’s close, in regards to food prep, but my waitress made cut my steak to see if it was right and it was way overcooked. She didn’t even ask just said “I’ll take that”. And brought back a perfectly cooked ribeye. Always fun to eat with the fishes and the service was great .

   Even though we had a reservation, it took them a while to sit us. We also requested a table not a booth when we made the reservation and they tried to seat us in a booth. The waiter took a while to come take our drink order and to bring the drinks out. The food took about 30 minutes to come out as well and we mostly ordered salads… Overall 3 out of 5 for the atmosphere and the visual fish entertainment for the kids, but if you don’t have kids I would say skip it and go somewhere else.

    We had a reservation and they still made us wait 20 mins with two toddlers. We finally approached host again and she said oh yeah it’s ready but didn’t have the high chairs or table cleaned. Took a long time to get service even though restaurant was only a third full.
