Located in the Melbourne Marriott Docklands, Archer’s is a modern, sophisticated dining space, creating timeless cuisine inspired by local.

In Archer’s, we drew our inspiration from the mad men world of the New York hotel restaurant, circa 1960’s, when business types dined alongside socialites. The boutique setting, emphasised by its vault like design aesthetic, demanded a destination concept, where hotel guests stayed in to eat and Melbournian’s travelled in to experience.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious and the wine selection was great. We were seated in a booth which was very private and quiet. Our waiter Will was so lovely and friendly. He made the experience at the restaurant exceptional!

two large very loud groups spoiled the atmosphere of the restaurant, unable to hear each other talk, most unpleasant.

New Years Eve Dinner. Excellent service, great value wine pairing (5 local wines for $30pp). Very attentive and good attitude. But was not billed as a "degustation", just an entree and two mains. Got 3 very small portions and small dessert for $150. Food quality was very good but not excellent or particularly special. Further, they charged full price $150 for our son who got spaghetti and sliders. The value is not good. Might go again if value is clear but otherwise can not recommend this.

The food was nice and the service was excellent. However, a little overpriced for what you get. They charge you for the bread and some of the portion sizes for starters are very small and prices are around $25 each.

It is a smaller restaurant than some, which we like. Many wines by the glass are a feature. A limited menu, but that is common in post covid Melbourne. The quality of the product is high. Our favourite part is the high service standard and interaction with the staff, who are excellent. Not a fan of the long row of tables, our pick is one of the two private booths.
