The West Hollywood EDITION’s signature restaurant, Ardor, is a showcase for vegetable-forward healthy California cuisine with flavors inspired by local ingredients. Our menu features an artful balance of produce and meats, using techniques from around the world and products sourced hyper-locally. Each dish is made with organic ingredients and focuses on the essence of food, prepared simply and presented socially for a contemporary culinary journey. Live DJ on Friday and Saturday nights.

Reservations are seated based on availability at arrival and are allocated 2 hours to dine once seated. Reservation of 5 or greater will be allocated 2.5 hours. Full party must be present in order to be seated & we allow a 15 minute grace period.

An 18.5% Staff Charge Added to all Checks and is Paid Entirely to Service Staff

Took my wife for her birthday and had an enjoyable dinner. It wasn't very crowded at the time we went but we received welcoming service, birthday celebration, and the staff were very nice. Highly recommend.

Beautiful space, wonderful food and drinks, excellent service. But for the prices, the food portion felt WAY too small for most things. My $60 filet mignon came with a half of a skinned potato, but my husband’s $40 branzino was not only the smallest piece of fish we’d ever seen, there was nothing else on the plate. Our sons each got a burger ($29) which was certainly filling, but a side of fries added $15. The burger+fries combo for $45 might be the best value I think. The apps we ordered for our table of 5 ensured each of us got one bite. So we ordered three apps which were more like three amuse bouches. And they also gave us an amuse bouche - a lovely and unique persimmon bite. Everything was very delicious. But for those prices - which we were willing to pay - I/we expected a bit more. Hence the three stars out of five for “value” and only four stars overall.

Very elegant restaurant with great food good vibes and excellent service but whatever you order don’t miss the milk bread and the onion rings. Honestly every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. Also we had brought with us our one year old toddler and they were very welcoming and accommodating. would definitely recommend this place!

Our birthday celebration was such fun! Food was excellent, service attentive and very pleasant. Ambience was beautiful! Not crowded early and we really appreciated being able to talk amongst ourselves and hear !!! Ha! Not so at many places. Not sure what the restaurant is like later on. But we all picked excellent dishes, mine was the hamburger which was possibly the best I’ve had!!! French fries also fantastic. Desserts wonderful, order the gooseberry tart! And the onion rings to die for!!!
