Aritza offers an authentic Spanish dining experience with "high-quality food" and "excellent ambiance." The tapas and paella receive frequent praise, alongside live flamenco performances that create a "fun atmosphere." Though service can be slow, the "friendly staff" make for a memorable visit. My family and I really enjoyed the food. Very authentic Spanish food. They have a very limited wine list. Mostly Spanish wines. The bottle prices were way too high. 3-4 times the price you can get them for in a wine store. Overall a good place to eat.

This could be a great place, but lacks attention to detail and hospitality. Some food dishes were above average, some well below average. The server did not write order down and forgot to put in and proceeded to gaslight our table. Automatic gratuity on a party of 6 is ridiculous, especially when no one ever checked on us unless we would waved like crazy or raised our voices to get someone’s attention. Water refills were about as available here as in the Sahara Desert. When asking for a better cooked piece of fish for the paella instead of the burnt piece of cod, they removed the entire dish and 45mins later brought out an entirely new plate with no flavor and nearly raw piece of cod. Restaurant was empty when we asked for new fish, so it should not have taken that long for a piece of fish. We have eaten at Soanish restaurants in LA and NY and never had this poor of an experience. Hoping this place decides to step its game up in all facets from hospitality to service to food quality. If it doesn’t it will not last.

Very high-quality food and an enjoyable list of cocktails, especially their gin and tonics.

I” ve never been to such a horrible restaurant . Food was terrible , the jambon yberico we ordered was clearly been kept in refrigerator for a long time. The server was unpolite and looked dirty . Smoke and fat from the kitchen took over all the restaurant. Don”t go!

Hello Flavia, I am baffled about how you can make a blanket statement about our food when you didn’t eat anything but Jamon and some bread. To be so harsh to this hardworking team is unfair and frankly, rude. We love feedback from our guests so that we can improve and grow. However your insults and personal attack is unwarranted. To hide in anonymity is worse.

It was pretty good. Nothing crazy special about it - service was a little slow - but overall good dining experience.
